Two women and a vision

Renovatio is a small women owned construction business located in Hopkinton MA and established in 2022.

Led and managed by its two owners, Alyssa Pandolfi and Thais Pandolfi.

Alyssa Pandolfi is an experienced painter with a hands on ”jack of all trades'' attitude. With her friendly, charismatic yet detail oriented personality, she is the lead/supervisor of all things field related.

Thais Pandolfi is a civil engineering graduate and former commercial construction project manager. Her academic and professional background have given her the tools and experience to branch out and establish their own business along with her partner.
